About Us

Mary Ann & Matt Fazio have traveled all over the world, testing different foods and collecting many recipes. They have met many chefs and learned some of their secrets, combining that with all the recipes that came down from grandparents and parents of both Mary Ann from Astoria Queens and Matt from Brooklyn. Matt attended New York School of Restaurants and then went on to becoming a cooking instructor in High Schools on Long Island. They were also associated with the Jewish Caters Association of Long Island for over 10 years for the both front and back of the house. With their wealth of cooking knowledge they, along with their partners owned and operated an Italian Restaurant in Manhattan. Mary Ann and Matt also produced a TV food show, called "Restaurant Ambiance", staring Pat Cooper. Mary Ann and Matt became very creative with sauces and decided to write two books with just sauces. It took them several years to test the sauces and put then in a simple to follow book, which both professional chefs as well as amateur cooks could use to enhance their meals. Their first book has over 350 pages with over 1300 sauces of all nationalities, and creations. Five years ago they relocated from New York to Arizona, where they wrote their second book of over 80 pages with over 300 Hot Hot Hot sauces. Besides being in the food industry, Mary Ann & Matt were also in the entertainment industry and met and dined with many celebrities. Their future plan is to start a third book, also all sauces. They are getting great reviews on their books, being that these books are unique in there content and format.

Dennis Alfonso has been in the food industry for over ten years, he brings a wealth of experience in marketing, distributions, set up and end-user profiles.
