Instructions:                 Shake well before using

      (˝ jar of sauce per 1 lb. of fish or meat)

 

Seafood Platter

Sauté shrimp, and/or small scallops and/or fresh

crab meat in a fry pan (a total of 1 lb. of fish)

Add ˝ jar of Cream Sauce from jar

Cook until hot, then serve.

 

You can add cooked broccoli and pour over cooked pasta and serve.  More sauce may be needed when adding pasta to fish.

Chicken Marsala

Use a non stick fry pan or use a non stick spray or 1 tsp. Olive oil

Place 1 pound of cubed or sliced chicken in pan

Add ˝ jar of Marsala Sauce from jar

Cook until desired consistency is attained

About 20 minutes, then serve.

 

You can use chicken, veal, beef or pork in this dish.

Chicken Parmigiana

Cook a chicken cutlet in  a fry pan

Place the chicken cutlet into a baking pan

Add Marinara sauce to cover the chicken

Add sliced mozzarella over chicken

Place in oven for about 20 minutes

 

Veal or shrimp can be used in place of Chicken

Vegetarian Dish

 

Cook vegetables, and drain any water, add a few tablespoons of Cream Sauce; heat or microwave and serve.

Grilled Steak or Chops

 

Butterfly a steak or chop

Place a spoon or two of Marsala Sauce in pocket

Place on grill and cook until done

Heat a few more spoons of Marsala Sauce and pour over steak or chops and serve.

(or grill a steak or chop add warm Marsala sauce over it)

Eggplant Parmigiana

 

Peel and slice eggplant

Flour eggplant slices and fry lightly on both sides

Place a thin layer of Marinara sauce on bottom of pan

Layer slices of eggplant, topped with slices of mozzarella cheese, top with a layer of sauce

Continue with two more layers of each.

Bake about 15 – 20 minutes and serve.

Grilled Salmon

 

Cook Salmon in aluminum foil for about 15-20 minutes.   -  Either on a grill or in the oven

Remove salmon from foil, add broccoli

Pour a couple of spoons of heated Cream Sauce over the salmon and broccoli plate.  Serve.

Mushroom Caps

 

Steam mushroom caps in water for about 15 minutes.

Drain.  Place caps in baking dish, pour Marsala Sauce

over caps, then sprinkle with seasoned breadcrumbs and grated cheese.

Put under broiler in oven for 5 – 10 minutes.  Serve.

Spaghetti and Meat Balls/Sausage

 

Cook spaghetti or any pasta, drain

Pour Marinara sauce from jar over spaghetti

Add cooked meatballs and/or sausages to the pasta

plate and serve.

 

Dipping Sauce

 

Heat some Cream Sauce, place in small bowl.

Place raw vegetables in plate near sauce.  

Dip vegetables into sauce and eat.

Additional Idea

 

After grilling hamburgers, spread some Marsala Sauce on bun or directly on burger and serve

Dipping Sauce

 

Place some Marinara straight from jar in small bowl.  Toast sliced Italian bread in oven.  Dip bread into sauce and eat.
